A single mum of five children who has gone through some difficult life challenges is wanting to do better for herself and her children. She is currently working on correcting her mistakes and is engaging with a support service that will help her stay on the right path. She has a child with special needs who is currently being cared for by extended family.
As she starts to rebuild her life, she is needing a phone, and this will greatly assist her to keep in touch with family. In addition, most government services are now accessible online, and this will aid her link up with the essential services needed to reintegrate back in community, including prospective employers.
