Resident lost all belongings, vehicles and dwelling in Victorian Bushfire. Slowly accessing supports, currently living in a borrowed camper at property. Due to recent thefts in area, resident feels he must to protect what is left. Clean up of dwelling, sheds and vehicles has been completed through government program no can focus on recovery and leased accommodation through program.
