Client has 4 children ranging in ages from 4 to 11. She is the sole caring parent who ended the relationship with the children's other parent due to coercive control and financial abuse. Other parent of children is supposed to pay child support but is not paying full amount which is also impacting their Centrelink entitlements. Other parent is continuing to control and financially abuse client through these means.
Client is struggling to pay rent, feed children, pay for fuel and the children are in desperate need of winter clothes.
