Young male client has found exercise beneficial for his mental health, and has sought out his some own equipment, however due to economic hardship, and struggling single-parent family there has been limited spare money to purchase equipment. The young person's role models have got their own mental health struggles, so the client is being pro-active in their approach to managing their mental health rather than relying on poor coping strategies.
