Family of seven have just moved into a property after experiencing homelessness for approx. two years.

The client and her husband have been couch surfing since they moved from Samoa two years ago. The client and her husband have five children, the youngest of whom has been diagnosed with level 3 autism. The youngest has started to speak since moving to Australia as he was non-verbal prior. The client and her family have persevered with their move to Australia as it has been extremely beneficial for their youngest child. However her husband struggled to find secure full-time work and this has caused extreme financial hardship for the family. The family is now housed and have been able to source most furniture they require however are struggling to find everything they need.
