17 year old Indigenous girl who has been homeless with her family is needing support. The family of 5 ( children aged between 12 - 18) have been homeless for sometime. They were living in an extended family members one bedroom house which was very unsafe due to family domestic violence, drugs and alcohol. They recently had to flee there when one of the teenage daughters had her skull fractured by the owner. They are now staying at grandmothers senior citizen home which is putting the grandmother (who recently had open heart surgery) tenancy at risk. The children are not welcome there which leads to the family being separated. UPDATE the family have been housed. Now that she has stable accommodation she wants to focus on her future. She would love to be a beauty therapist.
