At our Community Care Unit, the consumers we serve are individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Many of our consumers are in vulnerable situations and rely not only on professional care but also on the compassion of the community to help them feel valued and supported.
As Christmas approaches, we’re hoping to bring joy, comfort, and a sense of belonging to those in our care. The festive season can be especially difficult for people experiencing mental health issues, and your generosity can help make this time brighter and more meaningful.
We are seeking donations of items that will enhance both the holiday experience and everyday wellbeing. These include vouchers which will be used to purchase:
• Festive items: gifts, decorations, treats
• Creative & social resources: art supplies, books, games, kitchen items
• Wellbeing supports: sensory room tools, sensory garden items, and gym equipment
