The client is a married woman currently in the process of divorce, who arrived in Australia in 2025 with her three children and is living in a rental property. She has experienced multiple forms of Family Violence, An Intervention Order (IVO) is in place; however, the client reports ongoing fear due to continued verbal abuse via phone and concerns about the PUV attending the home.
The PUV has ceased providing financial support, leaving the client in a vulnerable position. As she is new to Australia and financially dependent.
Due to her rental situation, the client is seeking a security solution, such as a wireless security camera. This would allow her to monitor activity at the entrance of her home, increase her sense of safety, and provide reassurance for herself and her children.
