I am currentlu supporting a single mother who has recently come out of a domestic family violence relationship and homelessness. Mum has obtained a new rental, and her son has been diagnosed with ADHD and ASD. As part of ongoing therapeutic supports, mum is looking at getting a drawing desk and chair so the child is able to use this as a "calm out" area where they can draw to regulate themselves when they become heightened and overstimulated. Mum is not in the financial postion currently to be able to afford this as she is currently paying off outstanding debts. Seeking 10x$20 for big w to be able to purchase a desk and chair.
