The client is currently experiencing significant challenges with her mental health and has recently had her washing machine break down. She is also currently involved in a domestic violence matter before the courts, which has placed additional emotional and psychological stress on her and further impacted her mental wellbeing.
Due to her health conditions and reliance on a mobility walker, the client is unable to safely transport her laundry to and from a laundromat. This has created considerable difficulty in managing her household tasks and maintaining her personal laundry needs, placing her at risk of falling behind with essential domestic activities.
Access to a replacement washing machine would greatly assist the client in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic home environment. Having a washing machine in her home would support her independence, reduce the physical strain associated with managing her laundry, and help prevent any further deterioration in her mental health and
