This resident and her husband were not insured for the looses they had during the bushfire.
They still have horses and goats and have had to quickly put new fences up, to keep their animals safe.
They had to buy equipment needed and have paid to have dead livestock removed.
Both residents are elderly and ready to retire however, now they are both trying to do some paid work to make ends meet as they have had to use a lot of their savings to pay for what they have lost, to be replaced.
The culmination of all the above, they are financially stressed and mentally fragile, feeling overwhelmed at this stage of there lives to some degree, having to start again.
