Young person(YP) is currently navigating a difficult transition following Family Domestic Violence, which has resulted in her being unable to reside at the family home.
YP has been approved for a transitional home and has no basic essentials she can call her own. Phycological abuse and neglect from both parents, financial abuse that has now lead to ongoing complex mental health concerns. YP is a very humble young person that will be so grateful for any items that she can call her own.
This will be the first time her needing to be out of home and she will have the chance to make this transitional house a home.
