Our client moved from Far North Queensland to seek medical treatment. Once given the all clear, despite being far from family and community, he stayed in South East Queensland to work and set up his home for a couple of years. He had planned to moved back north this year, but experienced severe discrimination and bullying in the workplace and now has no income and is struggling with his mental health.
He is couch-surfing while working on plans to return to FNQ and would benefit from financial support to allow him to buy groceries.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
