We are seeking urgent community assistance for a single father and his 4 children who have been living in their car after fleeing violence from family members. They have secured community housing and get the keys on Christmas eve. They have nothing but the clothes on their back.
With no ongoing support from family or friends, this Father is doing everything he can to protect his children and meet their basic needs while navigating homelessness. Despite the hardship, his priority remains keeping his children safe and trying to preserve a sense of normality for them during an incredibly traumatic time.
We need to make this house a home and ensure they have adequate fridge and basic goods so they feel safe and at home.
With Christmas and upcoming birthdays approaching, he is hoping to make these moments as special as possible for her children, despite their circumstances. Assistance with food, fuel and small gifts would make a meaningful difference and help bring comfort, dignity.
