This client has been utilising the free breakfast our community centre provides for people such as himself. He recently had a referral to an organisation who had placed him on a list for housing, however he found he was in fact not on a "list."
Being homeless contributes to mental health issues and feelings of hopelessness. To get news that you are not infact registered for assistance when you thought you were isdevastating and difficult to manage.
Our community centre support this client with non perishable foods when avaiilable as accessing food daily is a constant battle.
