Victim of serious traffic crash with life altering injuries
GIVIT
I am working with a victim who has suffered life altering injuries and permanent disabilities after a serious traffic crash in which he was not at fault. The crash occurred close to Christmas in 2024, the driver misjudged a blind corner and ended up on the wrong side of the road, wiping out the victim on a motorbike. His family were called to the hospital and advised he would not survive and to prepare for the worst.
The victim is a father of 7 and was the sole provider for the family. Due to the extent of his injuries he was hospitalised for 3.5 months, is having ongoing surgeries and therapy and he can no longer work. His son has had to give up his own career to become a full time carer and they are at risk of losing their home due to financial hardship since the crash.
