This 15-year-old First Nations female has recently had to leave her family home due to family violence and is now staying with her grandmother. Her grandmother only has one bed available, so they are currently sharing.
Over the past few years, she has experienced significant disruption, including relocating and changing schools, which has meant losing friendships and rebuilding connections. This recent change in living arrangements has created further instability.
We are seeking support to provide her with her own bed and a laptop so she can have a safe, comfortable space and continue engaging with her schoolwork. Having these items would help provide stability, dignity, and support as she adjusts to these changes.
