I am supporting a 85 year old lady in the capacity as her Housing Case Manager. She has recently accepted an offer on her "forever" home, having resided in a rooming house for the last 7 years. The client has no other family or friends in the locality that she reach out to for support and has limited finances as she is only receiving an aged pension from Centrelink.
