An elderly gentleman has returned from a trip to find his hot water system destroyed by flood waters.
The man regularly volunteers with a non-profit organization, and would love help to replace the damaged large hot water system with a smaller unit (he lives alone and a smaller unit would be sufficient for his needs and cost less to run).
