Elderly couple who have lost many of their belongings including tractors, outbuildings, machinery, tools and loved pets in the Longwood fires. This couple are trying to get back on their feet and are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted in their recovery. The couple were underinsured and are currently experiencing financial hardship. Clients are living on aged pension and have now been advised that they are required to purchase a compulsory 10,000 ltr water tank (CFA) approved and fittings as their home is a BAL 40 rating. Client is unable to finance this at the moment.
