60 year old man in palliative stage of colorectal cancer - needs some small show of help
GIVIT
This man had his life upended after a fall that left him with no ability to work. He developed diabetes and a muscle condition that has meant he falls a lot. He has had many hospital admissions this year. He often feels hopeless but we are working with him to regain a sense of dignity. To top it off, he is in the terminal stage of cancer. It is very difficult for him to function without support. He needs you community! :)
