Young person with a disability who has been homeless for many years. With experience of being street present and moving through a number of homelessness services is moving into his long term accommodation. This young person needs support to establish their new home, to make it disability friendly for his mobility needs and to make his home feel safe and secure. This young person is very artistic, enjoys performing, sewing and drawing and would like to make his new home feel welcoming and inviting.
