Client lives by herself and was living on a farm. During the January 2026 fires she lost all her possessions and contents in the home she was renting. White goods, beds, clothes, belongings, everything. She has only been left with the clothes on her back.
Clients mental health has been significantly affected and has to start from scratch with all her possessions again.
