Mum has had to take extended leave from workplace to care for her child. Financial hardship due to medical expenses.

Child has been recommended dietary supplement from clinician due to medical reasons however, unable to afford the cost of these and unable to access through NDIS funds. Mum currently struggling navigating the system. I am requesting brief financial support for food relief to alleviate some financial pressures so supplement can be afforded while finding a long-term solution.
