This client is seeking support with replacement tyres for their car and osteopath treatment. They live on unsafe rural roads which have contributed to their tyres becoming worn and unsafe. Their car is essential for attending appointments, accessing services, buying food and maintaining independence, but they cannot afford new tyres while living on Centrelink payments.
The client also lives with arthritis and ongoing pain, and would greatly benefit from osteopath support to improve mobility and reduce discomfort. They are also experiencing PTSD after assisting a victim who had been stabbed, which has had a significant impact on their wellbeing. Being able to travel safely and access treatment would provide practical relief, improve their physical health, and help them feel more supported during a very difficult time.
