Our client has been accessing support services due to homelessness and was referred to the NDIS in relation to intellectual disability and a history of trauma associated with family violence. He has also recently lost his job and was supported to apply for Centrelink payments.
He was staying in temporary accommodation arranged through Link2Home and suffered severed social anxiety in accessing supports. He has now found stable accommodation and needed assistance to find household items.
