She experiences difficulties managing daily tasks such as gardening and rubbish disposal and is seeking assistance from external services to regain stability and independence. Without consistent communication, coordinating support and accessing help during urgent situations is challenging. Restoring her ability to stay connected would reduce isolation, improve safety, and support her efforts to rebuild stability and wellbeing.
