Burst Water Pipe Floods Property

Our client's water pipe under the kitchen sink burst sometime during the night. Our client was asleep in his bed and awaoke in the early morning hours to a flooded house. The water destroyed carpet, furniture (lounge suite, a bed and mattress, TV and heater). He also lost food. He has made a claim with the landlord, but he is desperately in need of food.
