This client is a single mum in her late 30s, raising three children. She is a victim-survivor of family violence living in social housing. She used to work as a support worker, however had to leave due to her mental health challenges and if finding it increasingly hard to manage finances. Most of her money goes toward childcare costs for her youngest child, leaving little for food & school lunches for her school-aged children. She would greatly benefit from grocery vouchers, that would free up money she could use to cover the cost of childcare.
