Young Aboriginal mother, who grew up in foster care and has faced significant trauma such as childhood abuse, institutional abuse, domestic family violence and homelessness.
This young mum and her daughter now have a safe and stable home. She is needing a good quality pram as previous ones have broken, one that can go well on grass, rough surfaces, bumps from gutters/ramps and folds down easy. She needs to walk a long distance for public transport most days and needs to travel up three stair cases at her property, so is seeking a second-hand pram (for a 18 month old +) that will last.
This young person has only ever received kmart, so would love a better quality pram for her baby.
