Young mum has an intellectual disability and anxiety. Her anxiety resulted in her not wanting to leave the house by herself. Mum has been progressing with supports and has started walking from home into the community to access basic needs which due to cost of living she is having difficulty affording. Mum shares a mobile phone with her partner and for her independence, personal safety and connection requires her own phone so she can access the community by herself with peace of mind, any support would be greatly appreciated
