Our client is an elderly man with multiple chronic health conditions requiring weekly medical care, including regular visits to both his GP and specialist. Due to limited mobility and the need to attend appointments at different locations, accessing public transport has become increasingly difficult and unreliable for him. As a result, he is experiencing challenges in maintaining consistent attendance at essential medical appointments.
To support his ongoing treatment and wellbeing, he has requested assistance with transportation costs. Provision of a fuel voucher would significantly ease this burden and enable him to attend his appointments safely and consistently.
