This family is working hard to overcome the impacts of past trauma and build a positive future together. As a single mother, she is dedicated to managing her own mental health, advocating for her children's complex needs, and creating a safe, stable home environment. Her children experience significant behavioural and support needs, requiring substantial time, structure and care to meet their complex needs. She is currently focused on improving the functionality of the family home to better support her children's wellbeing, daily routines and emotional regulation. Support from the community will assist her in continuing this important work and help create an environment that enables the whole family to thrive.
