My client is a Victim Survivor of FDV since 2021. My client has 3 children and 1 due next month. Client has been a victim to her now ex-partner and other family members with significant mental trauma that she now is seeking support. Recently she has let her brother stay with her and the children as no other family members would take him in. He has damaged most of her property due to his abrupt psychosis episodes. During his regular outbursts either day or night she has had to take herself and children out of the house and call Police. She has managed to remove him from the property. Just recently I did a follow up home visit and was in shock due to the lack of furniture she has in her house, no fridge, washing machine or beds for her and children. Client has managed to sourced some second items from donations. Client is due to travel over 900km's away from home to give birth because Carnarvon hospital does not have a maternity unit for pregnant mothers.
