This single mum wants nothing more than for her children to start school feeling included and prepared, just like their peers. Due to an unexpected cut to her Centrelink payment, the family is currently living without income and under significant financial strain.
Mum is unable to afford essential back-to-school items such as uniforms, shoes, and basic school supplies. Without assistance, the children risk returning to school without what they need, adding emotional stress and potential shame at an already difficult time.
Support will help ensure these children can walk into school with confidence, dignity, and a sense of belonging, while giving Mum hope during a period of uncertainty.
