Our client has just been released from custody in May this year and is transitioning into community. Since then, she has been able to find accommodation independently but still requires support with accessing essential home items such as furniture and appliances to get back on her feet. She has disclosed a history of mental health conditions, domestic violence from her ex-partner and substance use which she is in the process of accessing intensive case management support for alongside her parole conditions.
