64 Year Old Male Requiring Additional Support

64 y.o. male who has recently experienced a stroke, resulting in a fall and partial fracture of his spinal disks. Currently mobile with high falls risk, however has an extensive history of independence and autonomy, meaning he often struggles to ask for help. Given this, he has recently been diagnosed with declining mental and cognitive health, and at present is unable to effectively advocate for his rights independently, and often experiences shame and lack of autonomy. It is my hope to provide advocacy for him to receive financial support, and to help him maintain dignity and autonomy for as long as possible given his circumstances.
