Recipient story

Single mum, son with inoperable brain tumour.
Other hardship(s)
Mum is currently caring for her 24 year old son with an inoperable brain tumour. The medication he has been taking to prevent his tumour from growing is no longer in production meaning they are now facing his inoperable tumours growing again. His treatment team are located in Sydney meaning a 2 hour trip each way to get to the hospital. Mum is trying to work full time, look after her other children and act as his full time carer.

Their washing machine has recently stopped working and we are seeking vouchers for a replacement.
