Vulnerable 66 yro with multiple health and medical conditions needing help to re-establish in new home

This lovely resilient 66yro with significant health and mobility issues including a diagnosis of lung cancer, needing urgent assistance to re-establish in new home. She was approved for a transfer to another Housing ACT property because of her medical and health needs, plus aggressive and violent neighbours. She suffers from mental health issues including childhood trauma and PTSD. She has no family supports near her
Her only source of income is Disability Support Pension which severely limits her financial capacity. During the move, her tv broke and now needing one. She also needs a portable heater for her bedroom as the only heater in her new home is in the lounge. Her unit is tiled which makes it quite cold and very cold and so a rug would be needed.
Any support extended to this vulnerable woman would greatly reduce her financial burden and allow her to prioritise her health and wellbeing
