A 22-year-old Aboriginal first-time mother is currently experiencing homelessness and staying with extended family, over an hours drive from the nearest town. She is seeking support to create a safe sleeping space for her 4 month old baby girl. A cot, cot mattress, and suitable bedding would greatly assist in providing her infant with a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Support with these essential items would help ease the challenges she is facing while caring for her young baby.
