Due to these circumstances, they have limited financial resources and are unable to purchase essential winter clothing. A voucher would enable them to buy warm clothing and basic winter essentials, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and healthy during the colder days and nights while they continue to rebuild their life in a stable and supportive environment.
