Homeless client finally moving into permanent housing

Client is a 48-year-old male who has resided at our homelessness service from 03/07/2025. Client recently received a long-term housing offer, ending his 4 year experience of homelessness and housing insecurity.
Client has committed to his rehabilitation and improving his overall health and wellbeing, he completed a voluntary 7 month rehabilitation program, is currently linked in with ongoing AOD counselling and receiving mental health support through a psychologist.
Client is excited to move onto this next chapter and hopefully make his new place a home with your support.
