Client settled in Australia as a refugee from Afghanistan. He is actively learning English and improving his computer skills through TAFE to increase his independence and future employment opportunities. However, has struggled with the language barrier. He is currently in TAFE full-time studying English and has requires a laptop for his studies, however due to the cost of rent his saving capacity is limited, and he cannot afford to purchase one at present. However, would greatly appreciate a laptop to better support his education and employment opportunities.
