The justification for this listing is purely based on a low socio-economic background. I am a single First Nations mother on Centrelink, requiring a desktop computer to commence studies from home. The second justification is to expand and support my daughter's access and understanding of certain programs via technology. These programs are in support of her current ADHD/ASD diagnosis.
