Base & Mattress - Double

The client is a First Nations woman who has recently returned home and is actively working to re-establish stability in an overcrowded household. On her return, many of her personal belongings were no longer available, and she currently does not have safe or clean bedding. She is sleeping on the floor, which is causing ongoing discomfort and affecting her ability to rest and recover.
Limited financial resources and lack of access to transport make it difficult for her to replace large household items independently. Without essential furniture, she is doing her best to settle into a space that is not yet fully safe, comfortable, or functional.
Support at this time would make a meaningful difference. Access to a double-size mattress, along with clean linen and a blanket, would support her wellbeing by restoring comfort, dignity, and a sense of normality as she continues working towards long-term stability and independence.
