Single Mother and 4 children urgently relocated and needing support

My service has been supporting a client and her 4 children (ages 5, 12, 14 and 15) to relocate urgently, due to non-family violence, stalking and harassment. This situation is on-going and unfortunately has had a very severe effect on the family's sense of safety.
This family have had to uproot their whole lives, move houses urgently, leave personal belongings behind to escape an unfortunate situation and now they need support.
The mother has done everything she can to make sure her family feel safe, supported and protected. This has been a massive disruption to their lives, but they are finally safe and ready to rebuild.
Any support available will be appreciated.
