We are seeking the generous support of food voucher donations for a remarkable young woman (21 years old) who has taken on the full time care of her three younger siblings following the sudden and devastating loss of their mother.
Despite her young age, she has stepped into the role of primary caregiver with resilience and determination. She is a survivor of domestic violence and has endured significant childhood adversity, yet continues to prioritise the safety, stability, and wellbeing of her siblings. As the sole income earner in the household, she is currently experiencing financial strain. While casually employed, her ability to work additional shifts is often limited by her caring responsibilities.
The family is from a multicultural background and has very limited informal support networks. Practical assistance at this time would make a meaningful difference. Donations in the form of food vouchers would help ease immediate financial pressure, ensure access to groceries.
