68 year old widow with full custody of 10 month old grandson can't access water from her tank without a water pump.

Born under the influence of drugs, our client's young grandson was placed into his grandmother's care on the day he was released from hospital. Ten months later he continues to have health complications but is thriving under the dedicated care of his grandmother. His widowed grandmother on the other hand is exhausted and struggling to make ends meet with the additional costs of formula, nappies and medical treatments. This week her water pump blew up. Living in a regional area without access to town water, the water pump is an essential connection to the rainwater tank to provide water to the house. New pumps cost around $1000. If 50 people could give $20 each, together we can restore water supply to the household.
