They are seeking support to access a skip bin to assist with clearing rubbish from her home. Due to financial constraints, she is unable to afford the cost of hiring a bin. Living on a limited pension and in the current cost-of-living climate, the expense of a skip bin of an appropriate size presents a significant financial burden. This situation is impacting her mental wellbeing and overall health, as she is unable to manage the accumulation of waste independently.
