Single mum of four children including one child living with a disability with no family support in need of assistance. The cost of living crisis has impacted this family due to experiencing financial hardship as a single income household. Our client is a sole parent and survivor of domestic violence who has previously experienced homelessness and continues to face significant financial hardship. She is caring for her children who require ongoing travel to meet the family educational, health and support needs.
The rising cost of fuel is creating an additional barrier to transporting her children to school, attending essential appointments, accessing support services, and managing everyday responsibilities.
Fuel vouchers would help reduce financial pressure and support the family to remain connected with essential services. Any donations would be greatly appreciated by this young family.
